Ferocious Designs, the music project of central New Jersey-based songwriter Brian Kelley, will be taking part in BlowUpRadio.com’s 16th Annual Banding Together Webathon benefiting the Spondylitis Association of America with both a stripped-down live set to be heard during the weekend of Oct. 13-15, 2023, and an exclusive track on the accompanying compilation album available only via donation.
“Ferocious Designs is primarily a studio project,” said Kelley. “But Lazlo at BlowUpRadio.com has been such a great supporter of my music, and the Spondylitis Association of America is such a great cause, that I’m willing to give performing live a shot once a year to show my appreciation.”

A special page will allow listeners to donate to the Spondylitis Association Of America (SAA) and download an exclusive compilation of previously unreleased songs. All money raised will go directly to the Spondylitis Association Of America (SAA) to fund research and provide the programs and services the spondylitis community has come to rely on. The exclusive compilation artwork was designed by Jenny Jaybles.
The song Kelley has submitted for the compilation is what he calls a “coffee house mix” of “The Greatest Love,” a track from his 2023 debut album, Looking for the Light.
“My longtime friend Christian Beach — who is also taking part in Banding Together — played acoustic guitar on that song and it sounds fantastic, so I wanted to remix it with more of an acoustic feel,” said Kelley.
